This festival is rain or shine. Any postponement or cancellation due to severe weather will be communicated via social media and email as necessary
We love pets, but given the heat and crowds we kindly ask you to leave your pets at home. Service animals are permitted at your own discretion.

Digital cameras (non-professional), disposable cameras, film cameras (non-professional) are permitted on the festival grounds. No video recorders and no cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed on the festival grounds. If you are at all unsure about the equipment you're planning to bring, leave it at home!

The festival works closely with local authorities to ensure the safest possible experience. You’ll notice uniformed security throughout the event. They’re there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

If you or a friend needs emergency assistance at the festival or if you see someone who looks like they need help, look for security personnel, any festival staff members, or anyone with a radio to assist you. Staff will call 911 in the event of an emergency.
